Networking and Cookery Demonstration
We've combined our love of food with our love of networking, in collaboration with Leeds Cookery School.
Join us for Face to Face Networking with a difference. If you fancy yourself as the next Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson or you simply love food and the wonderful dishes you can make with a few basic ingredients, then this event is for you.
We'll start by grabbing a coffee in this fabulous space in the heart of Leeds Market then move into the state-of-the-art kitchen for a 15-minute cookery demo to get you inspired.
The rest of the time is for connecting with fellow foodies and business owners in our usual relaxed style. There’s only 20 places so, don’t hang about.
The Leeds Cookery School is all about sustainability and about helping the community. They carry out a large number of projects including running social groups, helping families to access food during school holidays, developing cooking skills and lots more in between!
As well as donating profits to Zest, Leeds Cookery School has committed to running affordable cooking activities throughout the year, in partnership with Zest’s Community Development Team. These sessions enable low-income families and vulnerable people to access basic cookery skills and cookery groups which address social isolation.
Their ingredients are sourced ethically and locally, they order only what they need and if there is any food waste they compost. They endeavour to minimise plastic usage and source recycled sundry products where available.
